Data Analyst (New Grad)

Arkhe Games is a fast-growing studio building mobile games at a global scale, with many of our titles reaching millions of players worldwide. As we expand our operations, we're looking for a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach.

This role is designed to evolve into a Growth Manager position over time. Because it's aimed at recent graduates, we provide full mentorship and training along the way.

What You'll Do

• Analyze player data from our games and interpret key KPIs (LTV, retention, ROAS, CPI, and more)
• Evaluate campaign performance alongside the User Acquisition team and recommend optimizations
• Plan and analyze A/B testing processes
• Spot growth opportunities by collaborating with product, marketing, and live-ops teams
• Build the strategic and operational skill set needed to step into a Growth Manager role over time

What We're Looking For

• Foundational knowledge of data analysis and a strong willingness to learn
• Good command of SQL and Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in the mobile gaming industry and curiosity about growth dynamics
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (able to read and interpret data, dashboards, and documentation in English)
• Based in Mersin, or able to work full-time from our Mersin office
