Mid Unity Developer
Build polished mobile games end to end — from prototype to launch and post-release iteration.

You'll work on gameplay development, performance optimization, SDK integrations, and iterative improvements driven by user behavior and product metrics.

Responsibilities
- Develop mobile game prototypes and full projects using Unity
- Implement gameplay mechanics, UI flows, animations, and core game systems
- Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other developers
- Optimize games for mobile performance across Android and iOS devices
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Work on SDK integrations including ads, analytics, attribution, and in-app purchases
- Identify, debug, and fix technical issues
- Refactor and improve existing systems when needed
- Contribute to post-launch improvements based on metrics, feedback, and product goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Unity and C#
- Strong understanding of mobile game development workflows
- Experience working with short development cycles and fast prototyping processes
- Good knowledge of OOP principles, clean code, and software architecture
- Experience with gameplay systems, UI, animation, physics, input systems, and game loops
- Familiarity with Android and iOS build processes
- Experience using Git or similar version control systems
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and profiling tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience working on published mobile games
- Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative development
- Familiarity with Firebase, Adjust, GameAnalytics, AppsFlyer, or similar analytics/attribution tools
- Experience with the MAX ad mediation platform
- Experience using tools such as Addressables, ScriptableObjects, and DOTween
- Experience with CI/CD, automated build pipelines, or store submission processes
- Knowledge of live operations, economy systems, or user-behavior-driven development
