Marketing Artist - Mersin

We’re looking for a Marketing Artist to join our team at Arkhe Games!

What You’ll Do

• Create static and video ad creatives for user acquisition campaigns under the guidance of the creative and growth teams
• Support the production of marketing assets for mobile games, including banners, thumbnails, app store visuals, social media assets, and ad videos
• Prepare, edit, and adapt in game assets in Unity for different ad formats and platforms
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Game Development teams to ensure creatives reflect both gameplay and marketing goals
• Learn how creative performance data is used to improve concepts, iterations, and future campaigns
• Participate in creative testing processes, including A/B tests, asset updates, and creative iterations
• Follow mobile advertising, gaming, and social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
• Maintain visual consistency while exploring new creative approaches and formats

What We’re Looking For

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent design and motion tools
• Ability to use Unity to edit in-game assets, prepare scenes, and support basic creative production workflows
• At least 1 year of experience in creative production, mobile game marketing, digital advertising, or a related field
• Familiarity with Blender or other 3D tools is a plus
• A portfolio showcasing visual design, motion design, game related creatives, social media content, or personal projects
• Basic understanding of composition, color, typography, layout, timing, and visual storytelling
• Interest in mobile games, digital advertising, social media trends, and performance-driven creative production
• Willingness to learn how UA metrics and creative performance data influence marketing decisions
• Openness to feedback, attention to detail, and ability to iterate on creative work
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity, self motivation, and eagerness to experiment with new ideas
