Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize UA campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads,Mintegral,Moloco, TikTok, Unity Ads, and AppLovin
- Manage budget allocation by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CPI, retention (D1/D7/D30), and LTV
- Collaborate with creative teams to test new ad concepts
- Design A/B tests and refine campaign strategies based on results
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with mediation and ad monetization teams to optimize revenue
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of UA/Growth experience in the mobile gaming industry (experience with hybrid casual or casual games is a plus)
- Advanced experience with performance marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Proficiency with MMP tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Tenjin)
- Competence in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker)
- Deep understanding of mobile game economy metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period)
- Analytical thinking, a rapid test and learn mindset, and comfort working with numbers
- Advanced English

- Active involvement in creative testing processes
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and mediation platforms
